Allergy Asthma Foundation: ₹3.28 lakh revenue from ₹49.6K ad spend in one month

A network of outpatient allergy and asthma clinics across Kerala. No surgeries, no high-ticket procedures: just consultations and tests. That's what makes these numbers stand out.

The challenge

We started with click-to-WhatsApp ads. They brought plenty of chats, but too few turned into real patients, and the clinic teams spent time on enquiries that went nowhere.

What I changed

  • Switched to Meta lead forms, with a separate campaign for each clinic location
  • Added qualifying questions with conditional logic (who the visit is for, the health concern, when they plan to consult) to filter out low-intent leads before they reach the clinic
  • Tracked every lead with the clinic team, so budget moved to the locations and messages that brought real visits

The result

In September 2026, ₹49,634 in ad spend brought ₹3,28,100 in revenue across the clinics. In the first 10 days of October, ₹9,609 brought ₹1,21,600. All without surgical or high-ticket services.
