Google Ads in Kerala

Google Ads for people who are already searching.

I set up and run Google Ads for clinics, hospitals and B2B companies in Kerala, India and the GCC. One dermal fillers campaign for a skin clinic brought 28 leads from ₹21.5K.

What Google Ads are

The money is usually lost in the keywords.

Google Ads put your business at the top of Google when someone searches for what you offer, like "dermatologist in Kochi" or "AC maintenance company Dubai". You pay when someone clicks, so you reach people who are already looking.

Most wasted budget comes from the wrong searches: people looking for jobs, free information or a different service. I group keywords by buying intent, add negative keywords from day one, and check the search terms report every week.

Then I make sure every click is measured: calls, form fills and WhatsApp clicks tracked through Google Tag Manager and GA4, so you know which keyword brought which enquiry.

How I run Google Ads

  • Keyword research grouped by intent: ready to buy vs just researching
  • Search, call and Performance Max campaigns where they make sense
  • Conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Negative keyword lists to stop wasted spend
  • Location targeting for Kerala cities and GCC markets
  • Ad copy kept within Google's healthcare and local policies
  • Landing page feedback so clicks turn into enquiries
How it works

FAQ

Google Ads questions, answered.

Are you a freelance Google Ads consultant in Kerala?

Yes. I'm based in Palakkad, Kerala, and manage Google Ads for a few freelance clients alongside my full-time agency job. Many people start with a one-time account review in a consultation.

How much budget do I need for Google Ads?

It depends on how much each click costs in your industry and city. Healthcare and B2B clicks often cost more than local services. A good start is enough budget to get meaningful clicks every day for a month, so the data is reliable. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google and is separate from my fee.

Should I use Google Ads or Meta Ads?

Use Google Ads when people already search for what you offer. Use Meta Ads to reach people who aren't searching yet but fit your ideal customer. Many clinics and B2B companies use both.

Why am I getting clicks but no enquiries?

Usually because of the wrong search terms, no negative keywords, missing conversion tracking, or a landing page that doesn't match the ad. Checking the search terms report is the fastest first step.

Can clinics run Google Ads in India?

Yes. Google allows many healthcare ads but restricts some treatments and claims, and doctors must also follow the NMC advertising guidelines. I keep ad copy and landing pages within both.
