Meta Ads in Kerala

Facebook and Instagram ads that bring real enquiries.

I plan and run Meta Ads for clinics, B2B companies and local businesses in Kerala and the GCC. For a network of allergy clinics in Kerala, ₹49,634 of ad spend brought ₹3,28,100 in revenue in one month.

What Meta Ads are

Most failed campaigns aren't a targeting problem.

Meta Ads are paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. They reach people who fit your ideal customer before they start searching, and can bring leads through instant forms, WhatsApp chats or calls.

When Meta Ads don't work, it's usually the tracking, the offer or the lead quality, not the audience. The allergy clinics I work with got lots of WhatsApp chats but too few patients. Switching to lead forms with qualifying questions is what changed the numbers.

So I start with the basics: one clear goal per campaign, tracking that works, several creative angles, and a way to see which leads actually turned into customers.

How I run Meta Ads

  • Campaign structure built around one goal: leads, calls, chats or bookings
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API set up so results are measured properly
  • Several creative angles tested: static, video and Reels, not one "hero" ad
  • Lead forms with qualifying questions to filter low-intent leads
  • WhatsApp and click-to-call campaigns for local businesses
  • Budget moved to the locations and ads that bring real customers
  • Plain-language reports on cost per lead and lead quality
How it works

Simple, honest, step by step.

FAQ

Meta Ads questions, answered.

Are you a freelance Meta Ads manager in Kerala?

Yes. I'm based in Palakkad, Kerala, and run Meta Ads for a few freelance clients alongside my full-time agency job. I also do one-time consultations where I review your ad account and tell you what to fix.

How much should I spend on Meta Ads?

It depends on your goal, city and competition. Small local tests can start at a few thousand rupees: Dayana Fashion's first campaign cost ₹1,525 and brought 66 WhatsApp chats with wholesale buyers. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta and is separate from my fee.

Should I use WhatsApp ads or lead forms?

WhatsApp ads bring more chats but often lower quality. Lead forms with qualifying questions bring fewer but better leads. For the allergy clinics I work with, switching to lead forms led to ₹3,28,100 in revenue from ₹49,634 in one month.

Why are my Meta Ads leads fake or low quality?

Usually because the form is too easy to submit, the ad promises too much, or the campaign is set to get the cheapest leads. Adding qualifying questions, using higher-intent form settings and tracking which leads become customers fixes most of it.

Can clinics in India run Meta Ads?

Yes, within limits. Doctors must follow the NMC advertising guidelines issued in October 2026: no testimonials, before-and-after photos, discounts or superiority claims. Meta also has its own health ad policies. I plan every healthcare campaign around both.
